Located on the 8th floor with an elevator, our apartment offers two cozy bedrooms with quality linen, ample storage, and double beds (160x200) to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. Additionally, one bedroom is equipped with a work/study desk.
The living room is both spacious and comfortable, featuring a convertible sofa accommodating up to two guests and a wall-mounted smart TV with access to internet channels such as Netflix.
Connected to the living room, the dining area features a round table for up to 6 guests and provides access to a balcony offering panoramic views of Lake Geneva.
Our new kitchen is separate, fully equipped, and includes a dining area with a table and four chairs.
The recently renovated bathroom features a bathtub with a shower curtain, a sink, and a washer/dryer that you can use free of charge at your convenience. The toilet is located separately and also includes a sink.
As an added convenience, we provide a private covered parking space under the building.
A bus stop is less then 2 minutes by foot away from our building.
A washer/dryer that you can use free of charge at your convenience is located in the bathroom of the apartment.

The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, featuring a dining table. We have Nespresso coffee machine, spacious fridge and freezer, a dish washer and everything you need to cook a good meal.
WORK FRIENDLY

There is high-speed internet, and a wall-mounted smart TV with access to channels like Netflix to help you stay connected during your stay. One bedroom is equipped with a private work/study desk.
DINING AREA

Connected to the living room, the dining area features a round table for up to 6 guests.
BALCONY

Step outside to the balcony, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Lake Geneva & mountains with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
STORAGE

There is additional storage in the hall in front of the two bedrooms.

The recently renovated bathroom features a bathtub with a shower curtain, a sink, and a washer/dryer that you can use free of charge at your convenience.

Located on the 1st floor with no elevator, our apartment offers two cozy bedrooms with quality linen, ample storage, and double beds (160x200) to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. Additionally, one bedroom is equipped with a work desk.
The confortable living room features a convertible sofa, a wall mounted smart TV with access to internet channels such as Netflix, a dining area with a table for up to 6 guests and access to the balcony.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with everything you need to cook a good meal.
Our freshly renovated bathroom features a a shower, a sink and a toilet.
As an added convenience, we offer a free private parking space located at the back of the building.
Bus stop & train station are a few minutes away by foot.
The washer and dryer facilities are shared and located on the -1 level of the building. They work with a preloaded laundry credit card. Each cycle costs 2 CHF for both the washer and dryer.
